We started Beartooth Bike Tours because we wanted to have fun! We also figured that there were some people visiting who also liked having fun, and voila, here we are! We are family owned and operated, and are certain that we can show you what Western fun and hospitality are all about!
Doug has been guiding ever since high school.
He started out as Head Wrangler at a Dude ranch in Wyoming and never looked back. He's worked in Hawaii, Alaska, Montana, and Louisiana guiding everything from raft trips to horse trips and beyond.
He is originally from Baton Rouge, LA but has loved and called Red Lodge home for more than 10 years. He is knowledgeable of the history of the area as well as the flora and fauna we will see on our trip.
Suzanna is also a Louisiana native from Ruston, LA. She is an interior designer and has worked for firms in Dallas, TX and right here in Red Lodge.
After living the swanky city life in Dallas, she met Doug and was quickly swept off her feet! He married her and hauled her off to the wilds of Montana.
At first she lamented the loss of her high heels, but quickly came to love the purity and majesty of the Beartooth Mountains!
A lover of the outdoors and one heck of a people person, Suzanna is a natural guide with lots of exciting information on the area and some of the finer shopping in Red Lodge.
