Guidelines:
No one over 225lbs unless approved by Beartooth Bike Tours.
No one allowed to ride with medical conditions that would adversely affect them on the ride.
Riders must sign an acknowledgement of risk waiver before participating.
It is our right to refuse anyone we deem not fit to ride. Don't show up for the sunrise ride still smelling like the bar.
Or the Mid-Morning ride for that matter.
SAFETY FIRST!
All riders must wear provided helmets.
Cancellation Policy:
A credit card is required to hold all reservations. You will not be charged until the night before the bike tour.
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy!!!
All reservations who cancel after the 24 hour deadline will be charged 100% of the trip cost! This is to cover our expenses and because filling your slot in less than 24 hours is very hard!
All "NO SHOWS" will be charged 100% trip cost!!
Please call us if there is a conflict so that we can make arrangements! We want you to enjoy your time in Red Lodge, and we hope Beartooth Bike Tours can be a part of it!
